Advertising Cylinder controller

The advertising cylinder (textile) is mounted on a mast, and rotates by motor. In strong winds, it is retracted automatically.

Concept

• Data logging of operating conditions, wind strength, vibrations and temperatures
• GMS radio connection to an FTP server
• Robust electronics for outdoor use

Development

• Development of Electronics Hardware: ARM Cortex-M, DC / DC converter, power stages for motor, magnet and heating, sensors for wind strength, vibration, temperature and current consumption, connection to GSM communications module
• Development of firmware: flag control, data logging and internet transmission.
• Development of the PC application: visualization of the log data sample production.
