Development electronics hardware
Development of an embedded controller system based on an ARM microcontroller, development of all inkjet-specific sensors and actuators such as ink sensor and COB UV unit for curing the UV-sensitive ink.

Development firmware
Control of an inkjet print head (piezo technology), device interface USB, LAN and Bluetooth, test and service interface. The control unit is equipped with an LCD graphic display, controlled by Nucleus Plus RTOS.

Development printer driver
Printer driver for various Windows and Linux operating systems.

Certification

CE-compliant development. Verification of conformity with accredited test institutes. Creation of the CE certificate.

Production

Sample test, manufacturing introduction, serial production with partner company, device maintenance and repair.

Project management

Resource, time and cost planning, coordination of development and serial support.
